Shipping and Customs
We make and dispatch our products from Türkiye. This page explains delivery, charges and what to expect at customs.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the countries shown in the country list at checkout (member states of the European Union). If your country is not in the list we cannot deliver there yet. Some products are not available for delivery outside Türkiye (for example some personal-care and skincare products); an order containing such a product cannot be placed with an EU delivery address, and checkout will tell you which product it is.
Delivery charge
The charge is per order, not per item, and is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
We dispatch your order within after payment (personalised items are made to order and this time includes the making). We usually ship with FedEx through our logistics partner; transit time depends on your country, and the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you order. We deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Dispatch notices and tracking information, where the carrier provides it, are sent by e-mail.
Import VAT, customs duty and handling fees
Because the goods come from outside the European Union, the parcel goes through import formalities when it enters the EU. We ship it with import charges prepaid (Delivered Duty Paid): import VAT of your country, any customs duty and the carrier’s clearance fee are paid by us and are already included in our prices. You pay nothing on delivery.
If the carrier asks you to pay import charges, please do not pay and contact us first; charges that are included in our price will be refunded by us.
Delivery problems
Please make sure that your address, postcode and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered, or is held by customs or refused, contact us and we will help to find a solution. Costs caused by incorrect address details may be charged to you.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we will sort it out with the carrier; you do not need to claim from the carrier yourself.
