Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how, what is excluded and how refunds work.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter or an e-mail) sent to the address in the Legal Notice. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the 14 days have expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge (but not any extra costs if you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.

Please send the goods in their original packaging where possible, with all accessories. Because the goods travel from and to a non-EU country, please contact us before you ship them back so that we can tell you how to avoid customs problems.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When there is no right of withdrawal

By law you cannot withdraw from a contract for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example products engraved with a name, date or symbol that are made only for you.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery. This can apply to personal-care items that touch the skin, such as mitts (kese), loofah and sponge items, brushes and combs, when their sealed packaging has been opened.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are defective or not as described (see “Defective goods” in the Terms of Sale). Whether an exception applies to an item is also stated on the product page or at checkout where relevant.
